Cold freezer Warm fridge

Hi there I have a Whirlpool Gold GB2SHDXTS00 with bottom mount freezer. My freezer is cold (hard ice cream) and frosted up in the back. The fridge is much warmer than usual. I have used a heat gun to melt up the freezer a bit and it bandaids the problem for a day or so but it's back to the problem. I used the Samurai's video on youtube to find the tech sheet and ran the tests

Damper opened and closed fine.

Is it my jazz board that needs replacing? Thermistor Passed so can it be that or no? Please help I'm new to this and would like to find a DIY repair. THANKS EVERYONE

Sounds like u are having a defrost issue...need to be able to see if that defrost heater is kicking on. If not it could be... 

1)bimetal has gone bad 

2)heater has gone bad

3) board is not sending power to defrost heater

Most likely cause is jazz board. I always replace defrost thermostat with it...

Do resistance Test of heater.
