Hello, I'm having trouble with my Kenmore washer. It is giving the code of

1 2 3 5.    Then 12345 6being the lid lock. In other words the bold represent the flashing lights. In the book it says lid lock. before I found y'all I had bought I new lock switch and it stays on lid locked all the time now and won't do anything else. I really need some help here please. I don't have any more money to spend on this and I have got to get it going quickly. It's not just a convenience thing for us. Thank you so much.

Try unplugging the washer wait a bit and plug it back in and see if the lid unlocks. If it does put it in the calibration mode and let it run it's course. Wait for the lid to unlock at the very end of the calibration mode and the calibration will be complete. That will erase your old error codes as well. See if that won't help. If nothing is jamming the lid lock you may need a new board. Good luck with that.

That didn't work. but thank you. I did get it so that the sensing light comes on, but with advancing to the next step,(sensing and spinning). The lid lock light blinks but then I got it so it stops blinking by jumping inside the switch. The lid didn't lock or do anything and the washer just doesn't advance. I simply don't have any money, so trying hard to make what's here work.
