Couldn’t valid model number

Dog day care has this commercial unit and it’s not draining. Likely clogged pump.

I have no idea how to disassemble or troubleshoot (if not simple clog).

Any technical documents would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted Alliance Laundry System Customer Support they maybe willing to give a service manual ,but ask me for the full Model Number And Serial number. Maybe contact them or post the information since they already got back to me and we could see what happens. Up to you!
