Manufacturer: Whirlpool
Type of Appliance: Refrigerator
Model Number: ET18DK-RK
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

This is a 1991 Whirlpool designer fridge. It might be a stretch, but does anyone know of a service manual for this antique?

The complaint is: "Water is accumulating in the bottom of the refrigerator underneath the vegetable tray. It needs to be drained around once a week or it floods."

It's probably a clogged drain pan, but I'd like to be sure.

Thanks!

Is that the complete model number? Everything I'm finding seems to indicate that there should be a few more characters in it.

I'm sorry! That's all the customer gave me.

I can try to call them tomorrow and get the full nr.
