Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Client says she used it twice and would hear a poof and the flame would go out. The burners are very low and one only half works. She has a full tank of propane. 

Not sure if it's the valve, but I'd love to maybe see what the info says on it (such as amp draw for igniters required to open the valve).

Only see a wiring Diagram for this.You Have to go to the B2B site!

Could be as simple and soot and buildup clogging the burners. Seems to be a problem I come across a lot

If you’re referring to the surface burners here, be sure to check the regulated gas pressure at the metering orifice.
