MTB2656GEB Maytag refrigerator comp. pins

Trying to wire a Supco URCO410 to above Maytag refrigerator.  I measured the ohms of the compressor pins and what I think is run and start, is backwards from the diagram on the Supco package.  Additionally, the ohms difference between common and the other two pins is only .2 ohms (3.4 vs 3.6).  Is that small a difference normal?  Am I correct to say the 3.4 ohms is the run post.  The ohms between what I think is the run and start is 7.2 so the other one not in this measurement is common, correct?  Are the run and start always the same in relation to the common?  Thank you in advance.  Todd

I went ahead and wired it how I thought it should go, and the compressor started up and ran, running amps is 2.07.  Now I am waiting to see if it cools, feels like it is starting to.

The air coming out of the freezer vents got down to 2 degrees after about 3.5 hours and a good flow of cold air too, but the refer isn't getting very cool and seems like very little air is coming out of vents but not sure how much ever came out into the refer..  It used to freeze items in the back of the refer.  Is there separate evaporator fans for the freezer and refer???  Original problem was refer got warm and freezer too, frozen food was thawed.

Just give it more time, it doesn’t push a ton of air into the fridge
