Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): YES
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Good morning

I going out to the customers house and they said the lower oven isn't working and about except for broil but the upper oven has stopped working now.

i got the service bulletin which is great info, but didn't see anymore info on this unit.

i appreciate all the help and info i can get.
