THERMADOR KBUIT4870A02 Not cooling very well.

My thermador has been slowly cooling less and less.  Today the freezer is 34 degrees with the refrigerator side at 48.   Setting is set to much lower.   This is the unit with the compressor on the top.  Ihear the compressor running and I feel slight air inside the fridge compartment.   I am about to dig into it to troubleshoot but I cant find a repair manual anywhere online.   I havent worked on one of these before so It would be great to have access to a service/repair manual or at least a little assistance.   I want to check the evaporator fan first but not sure how to disassemble to get to the back or side wall etc.

Thanks in advance
