Most functions still working but nothing from the compressor.  See no noticeable physical damage to main control board or to the variable speed control board.  Have 118v. to main control board.  Three prongs on compressor all have same ohms.  Diagnostic flow diagram asks "Is inverter receiving 10-15 VAC and 1-5 VDC from main Control" ?  So should one wire have 10- to 15 and the other wire 1 to 5?  Not sure how to test this? BLK/WHT wire has 9.4 VDC and 120 VAC.  The RED/BLK wire has 11.4 VDC and 118 VAC.  I'm assuming the main control board needs replaced.  Correct?
