LG wt1201cv LE direct drive code (motor lock) but HALL sensor works perfect??

I have a LG wt1201cv with an error code "LE" (motor lock).  Dozens of forums and youtube videos on LG washers show that its almost always the hall sensor, but hall sensor works perfect on mine.  Tested the voltage, resistance, and tested that both hall sensors inside turn on/off with a magnet.

Only issue I found was when I took off the rotor 3 magnets where not glued to the outer metal part, glue came undone.  Not sure if this was the issue since magnets stay put to the metal outer ring even without the glue because of the magnetic attraction.

Just wanted someones input if anyone has worked on these direct drive washers, I believe other companies use the same direct drive setup like Kenmore...

Replace Rotor.

A serial number will tell us if the Main Board is needed as well.

I believe it could matter but not sure  because the amount of magnets are because of coils on stator. Each representing a phase. My question is, if rotor is missing some magnets would the correct field be made?  Does the motor ohm out also? Is there a relay on the motor?
