Im a tech at a used new and refurb appliance center and I keep running into this same problem on these wf45k6500av/a2's where it gets to a spin cycle and keeps repeating it wondering if there is a solution that will last for customers without replacing the board. thanks.

Not looking at tech sheet, I would say that the cpu probably is, and no work around, as they are programmed by all these algorithms, however you might think about having the board repaired. Not sure on cost of that. Could be a joint venture opportunity.

WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT KIT  available from Samsung (pricey ). small wires are broken internally  near the stator at the hall senser. leaves as much slack as possible when repairing .

Possible broken wire holder near the stator , you can order a wire harness or try to secure the wires with zip ties.
