Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Office guy here, trying to find some manuals on this thing for my tech. It seems pretty obscure. We're getting an E3 and E12 error code I believe. I tried searching the forums but didn't find anything.

Best I can find is this owner's manual. It doesn't have much useful troubleshooting info, but it at least tells you what the error codes mean.
