Kenmoore Model 795.74013411 made by LG not cooling

Discription: French door refrigerator with bottom pull out drawer freezer with ice maker in the bottom.

Symptoms: No cooling refrigerator or freezer, compressor running warm but not hot, low speed fan running, condenser and evaporator coils room temperature. No dust or other obstruction on Condenser or evaporator coils. All control board functions appear to be working. This model is 3 years old.

My analysis: Sealed system failure, probably Freon leak, not obstruction due to warm compressor.

My question: Does this configuration of Kenmoore or LG have a history of Freon leaks?
