This ice maker was not making ice. 1st trip the water valve was not filling water, replaced valve(filling now). Then the recirculating pump would not work, found there was not 12volts coming to it. Replaced main board and there is 12volts now, but recirculation pump would not work. Replaced recirculation pump. Now there is 12volts to the pump and the pump bench tests good(3.6 ohms per tech sheet), but it still will not pump?

Any help would be appreciative. This customer is being as patient as possible, but I am stumped now.

@Josh Cox

You posted no model number.

I thought going back in my mind those pumps ran on 120 AC?

The model # is in the post title, but it is GI15NDXTQ.

Per the technical sheet it says approximately 12volts.

@Josh Cox I'm sorry. I saw the model number after I replied to you. I guess if your certain you have voltage the pump motor surly got to be bad.

@Josh Cox Hey Josh it just occurred to me. You may have a bad connection where the pump plugs in. Those connections are bad about corroding up.
