WRX986SIHV00 need help with part location STUMPED!

Hi everyone, I am a first time poster and I need some help on where this part is located on a WRX986SIHV00.  I am fixing a sealed system problem  and wrapping things up. I have everything welded in and I am in the process of reassembling the fridge.  I have one plastic part left and I cannot figure out where this cover belongs. I am completely stumped. The cover has this part number stamped on it as (W10536349). This is the identical part: (https://www.ebay.com/p/6023378178) that I found on ebay.  Can anyone help me out?. I searched all over the net and checked the parts list and I do not see it listed. I contacted whirlpool tech and parts department and the supervisor is clueless. He thinks it is  a shelf part ref: page 14 part number 29 of the parts diagram. Not knowing where this part is located is making me delay the refrigerant charging process.

Agree with your friend, center drawer right side just inside next to rail. Probably covers wiring.
