I did find service pointers and parts lists searching for this manual, but nothing with a schematic. I'm also enclosing a photo the customer snapped of the identification sticker on the inside wall of the fresh food section.... No mention of a -xxxx at the end of the RF28HFEDTSR/AA model#...  The fridge was manufactured in 2016.... Typical Samsung reliability... lol

If you trim the model number back to RF28HFED* and use the wildcard character for your search, then you'll pull up a service manual containing a schematic.
