What’s up Guys

Im new to the board this is actually my first post.

I am having an issue with my front load washing machine. kenmore 110.47701800. There was a tech here last night fixing a leak in the machine. He took the top and front of the machine apart cleaned it and was confident the leak was fixed. He then proceeded to put the machine back together and when he went to start it nothing happened. There are no lights or codes. Machine is just dead. The pug is working but it’s as if the washer isn’t getting any power. I’d appreciate any and all assistance I could get here.

Thanks

General rule of appliantology, as far as customers are concerned, is that whosoever touched it last is now responsible for every issue going forward. Call the tech back, he never should have left the machine like that.

I have made it a habit to make sure the appliance is functional, or not before I do anything, and I mean anything. !!!

He could’ve simply forgot to plug a connector back in. Call him back is my best advice. If it powered on when he got there and not when he was done he’s responsible.
