Going out to this call and would like any tech info I can get for a customer complaint  that is oven won't shut off even though the it says it's off. They have to unplug it to get it to stop.

You should have the tech sheet when you go over.

There could be a stuck relay on the board. 

I had one the other day that was grounded and it kept the element on causing an F2 Error.

If the outlet is wired correctly, about the only thing that will cause that is a stuck relay in the control board. # 316557211

This looks like the tech sheet: http://www.youserguide.com/wiki/Electrolux_316519824-002 I can't find it here. 

Also, the overlay for the control board is glued on and hard to get off without damage, so if you can get it, I'd bring both. That way if you destroy the original , you still have a good one.
