hello all, my dishwasher starts i can hear the water filling and than the motor running for about 10 min. than the led lights flashes and goes off. for 2 sec. and the motor comes back on. this will continue till I cancel the wash cycle. 

any thoughts will be greatly appreciatied

That’s usually caused by the wax motor on the door vent being shorted. You can disconnect it and it’ll work fine, or replace the vent assembly

Thanks for your reply, I disconnected the wax motor and ran a cycle, after the wash it stoped the light went off and back on just like before. I did notice that the soup dispenser did not open, does this have anything to do with the problem?

The soap dispenser can be shorted as well, but it doesn’t dispense until well into the cycle. Really any load could be shorted and causing the board to shut down for a second when power is put to it. I’ve just seen that caused by the vent motor most often. And 10mins into the cycle is pretty consistent with that

scrolling through the internet , i found a video that showed how to bring up an error code. i pushed the button sequence and the all lights flashed on. the dishwasher started to work again, its as if the machine reset itself. Thanks for your help.
