Ice maker with optics: tested voltage at ice maker and only getting 34 volts that varies but not 110. where does the ice maker get it volts, the optics?  when I tested optics I get 2 pulses then a pause, shut the shutter and get a solid light indicating that they are good. Again, why would I only be getting 34v at ice maker?  I appreciate any help.

The opitc board supplies power to the ice maker intermittently. 120 comes in on Light blue w/ black trace, white wire is neutral to the optics boards. Out of the optics board on the black wire w/ white trace goes to ice maker. Unplug refrigerator for 15 to 20 seconds and plug back in.  If the path between infrared emitter/ reciever is not blocked the board will supply power to the ice maker.
