Hello my name is Matt and I have a stackable washer/dryer. My Washer is a Whirlpool front load W11339718A. We bought it about 5 months ago. Went to do a load of wash an the washer has 0 power nothing lights up, no error codes, nothing. The dryer is plugged into the same outlet an works perfect. I unplugged the washer for about 5 minutes then plugged it back in still nothing. The only thing the washer does is beeps 3 times every 10 minutes exactly on the dot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt

It's still under the 1 year manufacture warranty = CALL FOR SERVICE!!!

Don't do too much messing with it and then call for warranty service and have them suspect you have messed with it and blame you and tell you they have to charge you for service.

What’s the user manual say to do?

No. NO Power nothing lights up, nothing turns on no error code on the LCD screen. Whirlpool is sending someone out this Monday since it is still under the manufacture warranty. I’ll let you all know what he says in case someone else experiences this problem. Thank you all Matt

How does it beep without power?

I understand it’s dead, but seems to have power if it can beep. That all I was saying.
