You gave this topic the title "Service Manual Request", but you're asking about a technical problem in the body of the post. Are you requesting tech help or a manual?

I was requesting the service manual I had too answer the questions so my request can go through. I was asking for second opinion on the problem though if I do not get one that ok also

You were being asked questions about troubleshooting because you posted in the wrong forum -- you posted in the Appliance Repair Tech Forum, which is the place to ask for tech help, not manuals. I have moved this topic to the correct place, the Appliance Service Manual Requests forum. Make sure to post your requests here in the future. You can find the listing of all the forums on the site by visiting the homepage of Appliantology and scrolling down.

Also, please post your topics with titles that are more descriptive than just "Service Manual Request". Titles like that can make it difficult for folks to spot your topic. I have edited the title to look like how it should -- as you can see, you should include the brand and type of appliance in the topic title.
