Heat pump dryer.  Same as a window AC, they just use the condenser heat to dry clothes.

Is the dryer get hot like the normal dryer?

I can hear the compressor runs but still not getting hot inside, will it be no freon issue?

It should get very warm and the time will be a bit longer than a normal dryer. If you have no heat that would mean the backup heaters aren't working as well. Check the lint screen and venting.
