If you haven't done one before and the customer has had it for a while, you may want to warn them that the repair cost may have to include some or all of the surface burner heads (the things the orifices screw into).

They're some sort of aluminum and the screws frequently seize of up and sometimes the screws snap off instead of unscrewing. Once this happens, the burner head needs to be replaced.

Everything might go just fine for you, it's just something you should know before you start snapping off screw heads. 8-)
