Can't seem to find anything on this model, trying to locate a tech sheet to put into diagnostic

Thank you!  I don't see on here where it tells you how to enter diagnostic mode, am I missing something?  I believe it is hold start/pause and then power on and release start/pause, but I got there just by guessing.  Not sure what to do after that to get it to auto test and retrieve error codes.  Is there another tech sheet floating around out there with this info?

No other tech sheet that I can find, though this service tip seems to show how to enter Data Display mode -- better than nothing.
