Kenmore Front Load Washer not draining end of cycle

Problem:  at the end of the cycle a few to several inches of standing water left in washer and clothing soaked

I ran diagnostics with nothing in washer.  No errors and no standing water left

I ran a small load with a few towels.  It finished the cycle with no standing water and the spin cycle rang out the water

It seems to happen with larger loads.  The drain pump, and hoses are clear and function properly.  I checked.

The washer does spin "out of round" or slightly elliptically.  It shakes a little, but not bad during spin.

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
