(yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Looking for the Whirlpool WTW8500BRO tech sheet I believe this model is the 2012 Cabrio (with selection knob)...which I believe have a different sequence to enter diagnosis mode. Appliantology downloads section has the 2014 and up Cabrio model Thanks Moe
