New compact fridge making strange noise. Is it normal??....

Just bought a compact fridge from Best Buy/Insignia, model # NS-CF43SS9. It makes a strange noise, kind of a static, crackle noise, with a whistle every now and then. Sounds like it's coming from up top, behind the freezer. I've never heard this noise from a mini fridge (or any fridge). It sounds like something's not right. I've made a 40 second youtube video of the noise. Does anyone know what this is, and if it's normal or abnormal?

I wish it were that easy. Ordered online. Can't even get Best Buy on the phone, they're CS lines are so busy.
