I have an older upright Whirlpool ev160fxk freezer with compressor working but will only reach 15 degrees F, rear and underside coils are clean, shelves are frozen  and they need defrosting.  Will  defrosting the shelves fix the problem? The unit has been in constant use for 40 years! Does the unit need replacing?
