The board has been changed because no matter what test I did I could not any codes.  Compressing ohmed and tested for ground.  Previous tech said Evap coil is cracked.  I could not find a crack. I'm going back to test pressure and put some 134 in. I'll come back and let you know what I get. I have the tech sheet but it won't upload.

Is compressor running? Did you force run via board test button?

Yes the compressor is running.

Compressor piston could be damaged. Is the compressor hot or cool to the touch?

If compressor is running and no cooling usually a sealed system issue. When you get pressures,  if lowside is 40 to 50 psi - inefficient  compressor.  If in a vacuum - first push the test button once - if it come up out of vacuum one of your cap tubes is restricted - if it stays in a vacuum added 1/2 measured charge and watch pressures. After adding refrigerant would recommend tapping highside to check pressures, if near 200 psi you have a lowside leak.
