Dear all

I am writing to you for intent to learn how to use correctly the Service Diagnostic Cycle of my Dishwasher. I had download the manual but frankly I can't understand completely the steps indicated there. So, could you offer some assistance for me about this?. The issue of the appliance is that doesn't dry the dishes and I want to run the Service Diagnostic Cycle

Best regards and thank you so much for any help you can provide

So you look at the control it should all be turned off. You arbitrily pick any 3 buttons except power, and start.

Then in your mind name them 1, 2, 3 ( put post-its on them i you like)

press them 123 123 123 timeing between .5 and 1 second between each press. Meaning you can press them to fast or too slow.

When you do on the las “3” all lights flash you are now in service.

It will show errors, and start the cycle.

As far as what is going on the chart on your model will tell you  what lights will be on so you know what part of the cycle you are in, and what loads should be active.  In the pic attached the green circled collum. Tells us that the normal, start, run, and clean lights will be lit. ( notice that it is not the only time those lights are lit. You have to watch as it moves and keep track)

at that time the pilot, vent, wash, diverter, lower spray arm motor ( if equipped), and the heater will be on. ( a few second delay on heater turning on to avoid over current).

follow the chart along with the lights, and see what is not working when it should. Then you can take measurements to find out why something is not working when it should
