My main fuse is good and I have power to the unit.   What next?

So, after a Google search, I’m guessing your appliance is an Advantium over-the-range convection/microwave oven, RIGHT?

As with ALL microwaves, there’s a fuse inside the oven which will open when an electrical short occurs in the unit.  USUALLY (but not always), a blown fuse can be attributed to problems with one of the three door interlock switches.  Some proper troubleshooting through visual inspection/use of a VOM can determine whether that’s the case.

CAUTION:  Under certain conditions, there may be high voltage present (up to 4000v) stored in the oven's capacitor - EVEN WHEN THE OVEN IS UNPLUGGED.  As such, I recommend that you call a service provider to perform the troubleshooting & repairs.
