LG WM2487HRM Washer will work in only 1 cycle

The problem: . .My LG WM2487HRM Washer will work in only one cycle. It powers on but none of the lights light up on the front interface board, so I don't know what cycle it is stuck on. It will not change cycles when I turn the knob. It also will not display any error code because there are no working lights to show the error code. I replaced the front interface board with a used board from Ebay that was guaranteed to work but I still have the exact same issue which makes me think that there is another problem . A new board is not available anymore from Lg. Now, I don't know if the used board I installed is bad or if the problem is elsewhere. Do you have any suggestions? Is there anything else that could cause this problem? The main control board? Thank you for your help!
