Good Day.
Front loader powers up and gas water to the unit. Load clothes and detergent, close door. Select cycle and hit the hold to start button. Door lock clicks and locks, red door indicator lights. Then nothing.
Usually, after the door locks, 3 seconds later the pump turns on to evacuate anything in the washer and the drum starts to turn back and forth. Then the water comes in and the cycle continues. Non of that happens after the door locks. No codes. I opened the top and got the service pamphlet and tried to render service mode..   the machine ignores the sequence and will not enter service mode.  I’m in the United States Virgin Islands and have no help     Is anyone out there able to give me some insight how to finish troubleshooting and what parts to get??
  Thanks...
