Kenmore Oven/Range 362.7361893 Not keeping temp

Our old kenmore oven is not maintaining temperature. Indicates its at 400°, but really 20 - 30 degrees lower.
Help me troubleshoot it before my wife foodpoisons us with undercooked pork!   ;-)

Most common reason on gas oven would be an ignitor that is weakening. It’s taking longer and longer to cycle causIng low temperatures.

Is that an easy job for DIY?

Pretty easy just google "oven ignitor replacement" there are several youtube video on how to do it.

Thanks Vance & Ed - ignitor for that old oven is not available on sears parts 😕

There is an installation video in that link above as well. Unplug unit first!!!
