Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Checked manuals on appliantology, didn’t seem to find any compatible or useful. Complaint is not starting. Belts attached. Not too familiar with this unit, service manual with test modes would be ideal.

That doesn't look like a valid Asko model number to me -- could you double check that it's correct?

If you search by the type number on the label (TD40), you pull up this. Type numbers a particular quirk of Askos that manuals are sometimes indexed by.
