GE Monogram ZISS480DMA constantly running

I replaced several parts on this refrigerator back in September 2019. It was not running, no display on the temp settings. I replaced the control board, the condenser fan motor and evaporator fan motor. The refrigerator started working properly again.

A couple of days ago I noticed the compressor and the condenser fan motor are seem to be constantly running. The freezer section is set at 0 degrees and the temperature display has been from 4 to 9 degrees. The fresh food section is set at 36 degrees and the temperature display has been 37 to 39 degrees. A couple of days ago the freezer section did reach 0 degree and it shut off for a little while. Since then it would appear the fridge has been constantly running.

The coils in the machine compartment only had a little bit of lint on them and I vacuumed that away.

Thanks in Advance

Next check would be the evaporator for frost build up.  Also check to see if frost pattern covers the whole evaporator.

There is no frost buildup on the evaporator. That was a chore to get to.

Was there frost on the whole evaporator?

There was no frost at all.

Compressor, both fan running with no frost on evaporator at all is a sealed system issue.
