Customer complait Gas smell from oven when in use service manual request

Manufacturer: frigidare
Type of Appliance: gas stove
Model Number: FGGF3030PBA
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Customer complait gas smell comes from the bottom of oven when its in use,   anyone familiar with a possible solution ,My first guest is possibly a bad regulator or a leaking fitting, the unit is about 10yrs old

RF26HFENDSR-AA Sampson refrigerator leaking water under the crisper drawer.  I had a service call 4 days ago on this and when i showed up the refrigerator was unplugged  when i arrived  i couldn't verify the issue that they where having i installed a new drain kit and blew the drain out hoping that would work .they just called back and reported the same issue , Now there is condensation developing on the back wall  any suggestions about what else it could be?
