Freezer water drain ices up causing water to drip in main box

Kenmore model 106.60854991.      DOM 02-01  Refrigerator used to store various lotions, lip balms and creams in plastic lid containers. Water forms in the bottom of the fridge. I have cleaned the drain hole, removed all ice from the freezer shelf numerous times. I have added angle to the reefer so the door closes by itself. A short time passes and then  ice forms and the hole cannot allow the defrost water to drain into the pan. Why does the drain hole freeze. Reefer works great. The tray for the defrost water is frozen.

Check the door seals to make sure they seal correctly.  If you clear the drain and it gets good flow when you clear the ice. Just add a heat probe whirlpool part number 819043.
