Wtw5200VQ2. Whirlpool Washer water valve temp problem

Model WTW5200VQ2

Part  w10144820

I purchase this machine. I discovered right away when the water temp selection is on hot warm (ish) water comes out.

I remove the water hose to check the temp coming directly from the supply line and it was hot to steaming.

thinking the thermostat on the water valve was defective I ordered a new part.Immediately after replacing the part everything work well.  Within 3 days and about four loads I encountered the same problem with new part installed -- when the water temp selection is on high warm water (almost cold) come out and at times only cold.

Any help troubleshooting this issue is greatly appreciated thank you

Make sure both hoses have good flow, then check both screens in the inlet of the water valve are clean.  Then when hooking up the hose make sure the hose are on the correct inlets - Hot hose to hot valve, cold hose to cold valve. Under the console there should be a tech sheet - it will list the temperature for various settings.  PS: all rinse are cold.
