Thanks Sam! Hey I thinking I’m going crazy. Can you find Evaporator Thermistor on this diagram? I see FC and RC thermistors. But I’m missing the Evaporator one. 
 

I see reference of evap thermistor in Test point table but the wires appear to go to refrigerator thermistor?

 Thanks for your time. I’m probably missing something simple.

I'm seeing the same thing as you. Best I can tell, it must be a labelling mixup. There's probably just the two thermistors in this model.

Gonna have to move this to repair forum. I had my eyeballs on the evaporator thermistor. Parts Diagram says there’s a bimetal and it also says it’s included with wiring harness, can’t buy separate. 
 

I ordered harness and no thermistor with it. I need to call my distributor I guess
