Parts list for the model KMCS3022GSS0 says this! KMCS3022GSS1 does not even come up with a parts list on servicematter!

Thanks for this comment. I referred her to Whirlpool. She is also going to contact the company who sold it to her.

Quoting my customer "Whirlpool considers all counter top microwaves as "non-serviceable'.  If the unit is under warranty Whirlpool replaces it otherwise you buy a new microwave.  Whirlpool does not manufacture parts for countertop microwaves as it costs more to repair than replace".  Wally
