Whirlpool front load washer. Model# WFW9640XW00 main shaft seal and bearings

I'm having a problem getting an original main shaft seal for the rear tub.  I got the 2 bearing and main shaft seal from Amazon but the seal doesn't look like the original, in other words the new seal has 2 lips, one to keep the water from getting to the bearings and the other lip to keep the grease from getting to the water.  The old seal has 3 lips, 2 to keep the water out of the bearings it also is a thicker seal.  Does anybody have an answer to getting the better seal or has anybody put in the generic seal with good luck in water not getting to the bearings or lasting ?
