Kenmore Model 795.71023.011 cooling refrigerator not freezer

i have a Kenmore Model 795/71023.011 it was cooling just enough for the refrigerator to stay cool.  i put bullet piecing valves on the suction and liquid lines. i pulled all the gas and weighed in the exact charge.   system operated the same after that, the entire fridge is only pulling 1.9amps.  if i measure the voltage out to the compressor it is 200v.  does that mean it is putting out full power(it is an LG linear Compressor FC75LANE) ?  also what kind of communication are these boards using is it 0-10vdc, 4-20ma?  i believe the compressor is bad my suction is 36psi and my head is 80psi.  i want to be sure, i am going to pressurize the fridge with nitrogen and check my piecing valves for leaks and leave it on pressure to see if there are any leaks elsewhere in the system if t here are no leaks i am going to replace the compressor i just wanted to see if anyone here had any iput before i do that.

what i meant by "just enough for the refrigerator to stay cool."  Was that the freezer was not keeping up ice cream started melting, now it wont freeze anything.  i cleaned the condenser and i checked all fans.

there is a hi failure rate with the LG linear compressor. Your low side pressure is indicating a 40 degree evaporator. Not enough to freeze.   Bad compressor.

I just found a class action law suit about these compressors.  My condenser was really dirty, I just bought this house and have so much going on that was the last thing on my mind I bet that was a factor also.  Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.

I have a similar problem. Model number 795.74032.411 . Freezer and refrigerator hot. Condenser fan running , not sure evaporator fan. Compressor running and hot, evaporator coils hot ( not sure exact temperature). Ran the diagnostic and no errors. What should be my next steps?

If the temps in the refrig and freezer are way warm tap the system.
