GTWN4250D1WS GE washer won't stop draining I think

Hi all, just started happening the other day. Machine is full of water, drains, pump keeps running and it never moves on to next cycle. Once it does this, I HAVE to reset it to get it to work again.

Reset system: Unplug power, wait 1 minute, 6 opens in 12 seconds within 30 seconds. When I do this, and select a wash mode, it will fill, finish cycles, drain, and then pump just stays on. I am suspecting the pressure switch, but also maybe the main board. Even if I select small load, it fills almost to top.
Unplugged and re-seated all connections, none rusty or damaged.
I tested lid switch (L to orange wire on connector to motor), checks fine.
Motor red LED flashes .5 sec every 2 seconds or so, I am not  positive what error codes look like, but I have waited at least 10 flashes which seems to be max pulses for code and pattern did not change.
Pressure switch. Removed tube. Removed connector with 1 orange and 1 brown wire. Pressure switch has around 1 OHM with no pressure, ohm seem to increase as pressure added, then goes to infinite at certain point.

please help, wife is upset.

Several bulletins on these washers. I highly recommend you hire a tech the has access to GE bulletins.

We could spend weeks guessing at your problem online.

That's it? Hire a tech?

And not to be difficult,  but why would there be guessing? There are only like 10 or less critical parts on this, and even less for the fill/drain. How about if that sounds correct for the pressure switch?

I have to say this forum is not as fun as when it was in the past with the beer haiku and all, guess it is more commercial now, to which I would say that I would do the same given the opportunity.
Anyhow, to contribute for those that don't want to pay a tech, here is what I did to fix the issue. Reading above, I had  it narrowed down to pressure switch. The pressure switch has 3 states:  no pressure, a high limit, and a range in between. There is a tube running from it to the tub. If you think about it, there is only ambient air pressure on  the air in the tube until the fill cycle fills tub up with water to  at least the depth of the  tube opening, so it will never fill with less water than that. On the other hand, the high  side triggers when the tub is full to a limit, so  it will not overfill. If you disconnect the pressure tube from the pressure switch, and  leave the tube up so water does not go on the floor, then connect another tube to the pressure switch and blow in it, it will click at some point. If you start the fill cycle and let it fill a little and blow into the tube, it should stop filling. If not, you have a bad switch. If so, you can actually use some vicegrips and block the tube and it will continue washing.

So, knowing this, it was probably NOT the pressure switch. So, the pressure switch is not getting pressure changes. I blew into the tube with it connected at the tub, and it was clogged with something. I used a little compressed air to blow it out and viola, pressure switch works like it should, problem solved.

Because nobody knows what you washer is actually doing.

Over the internet, everything is just a guess.

Drain pump will run for 5-7 minutes. This performs a hard reset.

Exactly! Ive gone out many times with this complaint . If the machine detechs water in the tub for more than 15 minutes it will pump it out and you cant access the controls or anything until it's done. A lot of the Kenmore top load washers have this feature. Usually a customer doesn't shut the lid all the way or they stop the unit to let it soak the clothes. i let it ride through the 5-10 minute drain and once it stops customer is good to go .
