Hi all, I have a Samsung front loader WF433BTGJWR/A2 that just started throwing a 3E code, which seems to indicated either a motor hall sensor problem.  Here's what I've tested so far:

 

Hall Sensor

Pink -> Orange = 5v
Red -> Orange (while spinning drum) = up to 1v, usually around .6v
Blue -> Orange (while spinning drum) = up to 1v, usually around .6v
If I move the probe from red to blue WHILE spinning the drum, the voltage remains the same.

 

Motor
11 ohms on all combinations (measured at end that goes into PCB)
Took cover and stator off, no burn marks, nothing lodged.  Wires aren't burned.

 

I've confirmed continuity for all wires on both Hall Sensor and Motor.  Can anyone confirm my numbers are in spec?  Wondering where to go from here!

I dont have the manual but from memory numbers look fine.  Are the bearings loud or a loose drum?
