I noticed my ac unit was blowing warm air. Checked the outside unit and it was off. I cycled the power and tried to restart it. The condenser started humming the fan tried to start then the fan and condenser both stop after 3 or 4 seconds. I tested both capacitors and the start relay and all test good. Any ideas?
