Need help with Thermador T24IF800SP/14 freezer leaking water

Hello, for a few years now the tube that flows water into the ice tray had been frozen on the inside, I didn't really need the ice so I didn't bother fixing it or letting it thaw out since the freezer worked fine.

Yesterday the freezer started beeping for no apparent reason, nobody had even opened it, I checked the screen on the inside and it gave me a E30 error code which has to do with the ice machine malfunctioning, I turned the freezer off and back on for a brief second and the tone went away, when I opened it again after about 2 hours I realized that everything was slowly melting and the freezer was not working, I believe that I have fixed this issue but now I have an even worse one.

The ice in the tube that flows water melted and was dripping water down and overflowing the ice bucket at a fast rate, the water was going to the bottom and freezing creating a huge ice block which I have now broken and removed carefully a couple of times. I decided to change the water filter and it seemingly fixed the issue somehow. The tube wasn't dripping water and the freezer was cold again. Now looked under where the ice motor is and I can see a small leak coming from the side, from a little research I think it might be the defrost drain? I am really unsure and don't have the time or money to call a repairman right now, I would prefer to fix this issue myself if I can.

Any advice is more than welcome, Thank you

Just took some of the ice machine and I've realized the water is actually coming from the tube that flows water, does this mean there is ice up there melting? The freezer is currently off so it's possible that's the case. Is it possible that the mechanism that stops the flow of water has malfunctioned? It's coming out in small drops

Sounds like weeping water inlet valve.
