Samsung RF265BEAESR Recovery Mode

New to me fridge wont' come out of recovery mode. I've tried the red reset switch and it goes right back into this mode. You plug it in and you can hear relays click, and the lights inside the unit fridge and freezer come on as does the display. On the Ice/Water/Crushed Ice, you can select and it (blue select light) changes. If I hold down for Ice you hear it try to dispense the ice and the light comes on in the dispenser area.  It does cool, compressor is running just can't get the front display to work properly.  During the time the Samsung image appears on the screen and the music's playing I can turn the Microphone on and off, I can select Home, Return, Info, and you can hear the tactical feedback (click). Same when the buttons appear on the white screen area, then it goes right into "Rescue Mode" and you can do no more..    It seems like at least the display itself function, at least through the initial boot up.  I was able to find the service manual but really didn't see anything related to how to troubleshoot this problem.

Well you have to be able to get into Service Mode to check the Family Hub functions....some of that information is proprietary, so you may have to call Samsung to get a technician to look at it.

Check the SMP board for 5 and 12 VDC output is the first thing to check.
