Freezer is warm, and icemaker doesn’t work anymore.

This unit is throwing a PO error code every few minutes. The refrigerator is running around 55 and the freezer around 40. Unplug the unit and it begins to cool, until 3-4 minutes and a click is heard at the control board, then the PO error code starts over.

I ran through some diagnostics but unfortunately the customer said they had to go and I left mid diagnosis. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for them. Anyone have any thoughts on this.
